Our Master of Science in Adult Education and Human Resource Development (AE & HRD) program is designed for individuals who choose to serve as program coordinators, instructors, directors of non-profit agencies, community school administrators, and outreach professionals in workplace development, community and technical colleges.
Our program prepares individuals to be trainers, organizational development specialists, instructional designers, human performance consultants and/or researchers in human resource development. This degree meets the requirements for Florida's certified program in Adult Education Administration as specified on the Florida Department of Education website.
This degree also covers the content for the American Society Training and Development “Certified Learning Professional” program.
